Partners

KCDEE has developed partnerships and collaborations with community colleges, community based organizations, economic development agencies, chambers of commerce, and other stakeholders.  Involvement of these partnerships in WIA policy development has created an infrastructure that provides essential services to both potential employees and employers.   By providing employment assistance and training to employees, KCDEE provides businesses with a well-trained and well-prepared skilled workforce that contributes extensively to the productivity of industries.  As a result, employees and businesses support the economic development of the local workforce area.
