The County of Kane and the River Valley Workforce Investment Board for local workforce area #5 (Kane, DeKalb and Kendall counties) has modified it’s budget to reflect ARRA allocations in the amount of $5,318,558, PY09 formula fund allocations in the amount of $5,845,892 and to announce narrative changes to its Five Year Plan for workforce training services. Modifications will be submitted to the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity on June 30, 2009. Five Year Plan
The County of Kane and the River Valley Workforce Investment Board for local workforce area #5 (Kane, DeKalb and Kendall counties) are required to modify their Five Year Plan for workforce activities in accordance with the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. A modification to the plan will be submitted to the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, incorporating the reallocation of PY06 WIA formula allocated funds set forth in 07-NOT-17.
