The County of Kane and the River Valley Workforce Investment Board for local workforce area #5 (Kane, DeKalb and Kendall counties) has modified their Five Year Plan for workforce training to increase the activities and options for services that help job seekers prepare and obtain employment.  This modification will be submitted to the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.  In addition, Requests for Proposals are sought from eligible providers for the delivery of these additional education and training activities.  Visit the Open Solicitation Page or  www.rivervalleywib.org for info.  Comments or questions can be directed to: mccravensheila@co.kane.il.us.

Five Year Plan
